EXAMPLES OF SUCCESSFUL CASES

Case 1

• A Japanese businessman in the U.S. on a temporary work visa, has various investments in the U.S. and Japan. He invested $500,000 in a Regional Center. He maintained homes in San Francisco and Hawaii as well as Japan. He has been granted permanent residence and is now considering developing a new real estate project in another state, in addition to being a limited partner with his center investment.

Case 2

• A man inherited his family's estate. He invested in a Regional Center, while he remained overseas. The petition was approved and was issued an immigrant visa by the American Consulate in his home country.

Case 3

• A German businessman on an E-2 Investor Visa invested $500,000 in a Regional Center EB-5 case in a high unemployment area. The petition was approved while the daughter was in the United States on an E-2 visa. Thereafter, an Adjustment of Status application for Permanent Residence was filed with accompanying work and travel permit.

Case 4

• An Iranian spouse on a derivative E-2 visa (temporary Investor) applied for EB-5 Regional Center while in the United States. Upon approval of the initial EB-5 petition, the spouse and children filed for Permanent Residence with accompanying work and travel permits.
